We collect only the artwork files you upload, along with basic telemetry (stitch counts, browser type, and transaction records). We never sell your personal artwork, logo files, or customer data to third parties.
2. File Retention & Automated Deletion
Uploaded images and converted machine files are processed client-side or temporarily cached in volatile memory. All temporary conversion artifacts are permanently purged from server memory within 24 hours.
3. Payment Processing
All financial transactions are handled securely by PayPal. StitchCool never stores or handles credit card numbers or payment credentials on its servers.
