1. Service Description
StitchCool provides browser-based software for automated image digitizing and embroidery machine format conversion (.DST, .PES, .JEF). All generated files are delivered digitally for immediate download.
2. Commercial License Grant
StitchCool Pro subscribers are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the generated stitch files to embroider and sell physical products (e.g. garments, caps, patches) without royalties.
3. Refund Policy
Because embroidery files are delivered instantly as digital downloads, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a generated file causes persistent machine needle breaks or stitch errors that our support cannot remedy, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a prompt refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
StitchCool is not responsible for physical garment damage, needle breakage, or machine wear resulting from sewing at improper tension settings or using incorrect stabilizers. Users are encouraged to run a test sew on scrap fabric prior to sewing finished garments.
